SERVICE AGREEMENT

At Menta Clean Inc., we take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services with an emphasis on convenience and professionalism. Clear communication between us and our customers is essential to ensure a smooth experience. Below are our terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstandings regarding our prices and services.

SUBSCRIPTION CLEANING SERVICE:
For customers requiring a regular cleaning service, please ensure the home is in “average” condition, meaning it should not be in an extreme state of disarray. If the home is found to be excessively dirty, we will contact you and reserve the right to charge additional fees before commencing the cleaning.

ONE TIME STANDARD CLEAN
For one-time cleaning services, customers must ensure the home is in “average” condition and that the number of rooms booked is accurate. If the home is significantly dirtier than expected or contains more rooms than specified, we will contact you and reserve the right to charge extra before proceeding with the cleaning.

MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEAN

For move-in/move-out cleaning, we ensure all tasks listed on our standard checklist are completed to a high standard, recognizing the importance of final inspections.

If you have additional tasks that need completion, please provide your move-out checklist at the time of booking or fill in the special instructions section on our booking form. We reserve the right to charge extra for any additional requests made during the service.

If the home is in extremely poor condition or significantly larger than anticipated, and our cleaning team determines they will not finish the job within the scheduled time, we will contact you to discuss additional charges for the extra time needed.

POLICIES

The cost of all services includes everything detailed in our cleaning checklist and standard add-ons. Any special requests requiring additional supplies or effort may incur extra charges.

If you are home during the cleaning, please allow our professionals to work without excessive direction, as they will follow our standardized cleaning checklist.

Our flat-rate pricing applies to homes under 4,000 square feet. If your home exceeds this size, please contact us beforehand for a custom estimate.

Customers should not take advantage of our cleaning team by booking services for a home that is in an excessively dirty condition beyond reasonable expectations. If this occurs, our team will contact management, and we reserve the right to reassess pricing or refuse service.

Cleaners must be able to work freely and without distractions. While every effort is made to work cautiously, Menta Clean Inc. cannot assume liability for the safety of pets, children, or any other individuals present during the service.

ONLINE BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking online, the total square footage of the home must be selected. Our service scope is based on the cleaning checklist.

If you require a custom hourly service, such as a partial clean or service for an excessively dirty home, please contact us directly before booking.

As we do not conduct initial walk-throughs to verify home size or condition, our prices are based on standard assumptions about cleanliness and effort required. If additional time is needed to complete the service, you will have the option to pay for extra time at our standard hourly rate or provide a list of priorities to be completed within the allotted time.

A hold is placed on your credit card the day before service; however, this is not a charge. Payment is processed after service completion, and a receipt is sent via email.

A $50 fee applies to any cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service or if we are unable to access the home at the scheduled time.

GRATUITY

Tipping is neither required nor expected but is always appreciated. If you choose to tip, cash is preferred as it is shared equally among the cleaning team. Additionally, a note or positive feedback is always welcomed. Our cleaning team receives bonuses based on customer feedback, so please feel free to share your experience through our website.
